[01] about me
From operations to code.
I'm Sergio Jurado, a full-stack developer. I build software for operations that can't afford to lose the thread: warehouse, logistics, retail and back office.
I started solving warehouse and retail problems, and ended up writing the software that solves them. That double perspective shapes how I work: understand the process first, choose the tool second.
I work with Nuxt, Astro, Next, Python and Postgres. I care about boring, dependable software: strong types, tests where they matter, reproducible deploys and documentation that doesn't lie.

[02] experience
Operations come first.
Years managing orders, stock and deliveries. That experience is why the software starts with the process, not the screen.

[04] How I work
Decisions that hold up.
It is not a list of values: it is what I apply to every project before writing the first line.
- 01
Boundaries first
Domain, application and infrastructure kept apart. If the framework disappears tomorrow, the business rules still stand.
- 02
Tokens before components
Colour, type and spacing are defined once. Components consume the system instead of improvising values.
- 03
Boring tools
Strict TypeScript, Postgres, tests and CI. Novelty is not a requirement; predictability is.
- 04
Measure before optimising
Performance and SEO are checked with data, not opinions. If it isn't measured, it doesn't get touched.
[05] stack
Tools I use every day.
What I use daily, not a list of logos to impress.

[10] let's talk
Shall we work together?
If you have a process that depends on spreadsheets, email or memory, it can probably become software.
